Here's a reminder of lovely Le Pelot retreat in France from last year - should have been back there with a wonderful group this weekend!

I should have been back at beautiful Le Pelot in France for a Pilates Retreat with a wonderful group this weekend, sorry to be missing it but hope we may be able to do another one in future!
Zoom blips this week!
It's been one of those weeks Zoom - wise for Monday and Friday classes!! One client had lots of internet issues but so glad she persisted and was able to reconnect eventually on a different device/account! In another Monday class Internet at my house went down completely for a couple of mins, thankfully it was during a hip roll and my clients weren't left hanging in a precarious position. Phew!! As I was recording the class to upload to secure Vimeo showcase per group as normal, Zoom picked up the chatting once I'd gone until I was able to reconnect. It was lovely to look back and see/hear uncut catch up between clients! On Friday my internet dropped for a moment and I had to leave Zoom and reconnect and then it was thankfully ok! Regardless of occasional technical challenges I'm so impressed at how everyone has committed to their practice and works so hard. You're all awesome from my vantage point! 👏👏👏
Onwards and upwards! It will be nice to get back to teaching without random evaporation of either myself or others during the class once we can and measures are in place to keep us all safe!! Awaiting Government guidance and timelines for possible resumption of indoor classes with interest! I'm very grateful for our online work and believe it's definitely here to stay although it may well evolve too.
