Pilates Matwork Equipment and alternatives!
You may already be well equipped for your practice. A mat is an essential so select one that's thick and padded enough to be comfortable for you. A camping mat or blanket under a thinner yoga mat can work really well if you have those to hand.
If you need to stock up or expand your personal Pilates kit I always use and highly recommended The Physical Company.
