Unfortunately the weather has thwarted our outdoor classes again this week, we only managed the Mon 9am class outside this week, which was wonderful, and the rest had to revert to Zoom.  Thank you all so much for your understanding and flexibility switching between outside and online classes!  If anyone had said to me last year that I'd be teaching online lots this year I would never have believed it but I think we've all become really adept at making it work really well, thanks for being willing to experiment.  It's so amazing to see the progress that you've all made over this period and I hope your practice helps keep you strong in body and mind through these times.

Next week is our last week of the current block of classes, as mentioned I will then be taking a week off w/c 31st Aug as it's Bank Holiday Monday that week and my son is returning to school which will be a big adjustment.  I'm also re-opening my equipment studio from 3rd September which is exciting!

All group classes will resume from w/c 7th September for 7 weeks - booking forms to follow soon!
